Why can’t I see any of the pop-up screens in my management system?
Your screen may not be set to 100% zoom. It needs to be. Look at the address bar in the browser. Does the edge (next to the star icon) have a magnifying glass icon? If so, it means that the screen is not 100% and that may be causing the problem. Try resetting the screen (by pressing the magnifying glass) and check again.
